All Puppets are custom created (few in stock see above) when order is confirmed and payment is received. Current creation time is based on number of orders in queue. Current creation time: 4-6 weeks. Creation time estimates do not include the amount of days needed to ship. Please allow 3-4 additional business days for shipping.

Payment will not be processed through this site. Payments are received by methods described below.

HOW TO ORDER: Fill your shopping cart, proceed to check-out and register. If you wish to continue to add items to your shopping cart click on the Homepage tab at the top of the page.  Once you are ready to check out, view cart, continue, verify contact and shipping information,  check the order form box. Click continue and print the order form, we will be notified of your intended order.  We will call you to confirm your desire to purchase, customize your creations, notify you of shipping costs and process your payment by one of the two methods listed below. 

PAYMENTS: Two ways. Once you have checked order form, continue and print your copy, we will call you for your choice of payment method.    1st Way - we can receive your credit card information over the phone. For your safety DO NOT include CC information in an email or 2nd Way - We will email you an invoice with a secure link to www.Paypal.com.  You don't need a Paypal account.
