All puppets are handmade when ordered.  Some orders require extra time, so please allow for longer construction times. We will keep you posted on the progress of your order and estimated arrival.

All sales are final unless product is defective.  If your product is defective, please call within 15 days of delivery for return or repair approval. Price of shipping cost on original invoice will be reimbursed if you choose to return defective product for repair or replacement. 

Shipping prices include a small fee to cover the cost of the box.
