All puppets are handmade when ordered and payment is received.  This helps us keep inventory costs down, so we can provide the lowest priced puppets possible.  Some orders require extra time, so please allow for longer construction times. We do our very best to ship products as quickly as possible.  Estimated shipping times will be given when you speak with a customer service representative.

All sales are final unless product is defective.  If your product is defective, please call within 15 days of delivery for return or repair approval. Price of shipping cost on original invoice will be reimbursed if you choose to return defective product for repair or replacement.  Please read all care and assembly instructions thoroughly, we are not responsible for incorrectly cared for products or incorrectly assembled Stringbean puppets.  Please see description of each product.  If you have any question feel free to contact us at sales@outoftheboxpuppets.com concerning products listed on our site. For international shipments, contact us prior to ordering. You will need to check with your local government office to see if permits or licenses are required to import any of the items sold on this site. You will also be responsible for import fees when shipment arrives. We accept Paypal for international order.  All prices are in US dollars.
